The best vet clinic I've ever been to. Before I was a patient, I called them with concerns about my pet, and they were extremely helpful and kind. When I went for an appointment, the staff was very nice and welcoming, and they were right on time. The vet that I met, Dr. Laurens (Lawrence?), asked lots of questions and really seemed to want to get to the bottom of my pet's issue. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. Also, she was very careful and gentle with my pet. The pricing was not bad as well. This was the least stressed my anxiety-prone pet has ever been at a clinic. I was so happy with my visit and so was my pet. :)

We are thrilled with the customer service and special attention / care they gave to our dog. He was sick, we just moved to the area, a friend recommended them to us, they way exceeded expectations. Then a couple days later Dr. Littlehale called to ask how our little guy (Larry) was doing. Highly recommend them.

The vets and front office staff are amazing beyond expectation. We selected them because they are close to us, but we can now not imagine bringing our pets for expert, compassionate care anywhere else. We have one big dog and two healthy cats!

we brought our senior dog in for an injury a few weeks ago. we felt that the vet was honest and not pushy. the receptionists were very friendly. it did take about 8 days to get an appointment but it was also near the holidays so not super surprising. overall a pleasant experience.

I absolutely love the service here. I am from the East Coast and I was in The San Jose area temporarily as a waypoint to go to Hawaii. This animal hospital made it way easier for me than my own vet did back home. They go above and beyond and they are super kind. I would definitely trust them with my fur baby and you should too! Not to mention it's nice and clean inside and they take extra precautions to sanitize in between patients and mask up!

My experience with this hospital was not great. We went there a year ago right after we adopted our first puppy. Dr.Piert was impatient in answering our questions. We were not allowed to stay in the hospital to see how our puppy was checked. However we were allowed to do so in another hospital we went to and were able to discuss our dogs' condition when the doctor was performing wellness exam. The technicians were not professional either. Our puppy was scheduled to be given vaccination and tablet for heartworm disease. However, the technician forgot the latter one. After I pointed out, she just asked us to come and take it next time. It would just be another a minute or two to give my puppy a tablet. Why would not you provide the service we were scheduled for? We decided to go to another animal hospital in the south bay and experienced much better service.

Shoutout to Michelle, Rachel and Dr. Littlehale for their professionalism. We are their former client and recently we sought their assistance in resolving an old case with our pet insurance company and the case took place in 2020. Despite the fact that we are not their current client (we moved so we changed vet), they all still tried their best to dig up old record and provided us with the information we needed to submit to our insurance company. We really appreciated their valuable time and effort. During the time when we were their client, all the vets and front desk staff delivered professional and exceptional services. They are definitely one of the most trustworthy vets in the area!

Responsive and friendly receptionists, excellent communication, and knowledgeable vet. We just moved to Santa Clara with our senior dog, and I’m really glad we found this place so close to home. Fair prices for the area. Good size parking lot and easy to find.
